Abstract

Câble plat microminiature de transmission de signaux constitué d'au moins une pellicule de support présentant une première et une deuxième surfaces opposées, et d'une épaisseur de moins de 0,003 po environ. Ce câble comporte également au moins une couche d'adhésif appliquée sur la première surface de la pellicule de support. La couche d'adhésif est de préférence d'une épaisseur inférieure à environ 0,001 po. Au moins un conducteur de transmission de signaux préformé d'une largeur inférieure à environ 0, 002 po est intégré à la couche d'adhésif. On présente également un boîtier pour ce câble de transmission de signaux. Ce boîtier présente au moins une couche de support pelliculaire, de surface généralement plane, avec une couche d'adhésif autocollant sur cette surface plane. Le support pelliculaire est collé à la deuxième surface de la pellicule de support du câble de transmission.
