Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de préparation d'une composition ou d'un composant détersif granulaire dont la masse volumique en vrac est supérieure à 650 g/l et qui présente une plus grande facilité et flexibilité de traitement. Le procédé consiste à disperser un liant liquide dans un courant de poudre d'un mélangeur à grande vitesse afin d'obtenir des agglomérats granulaires. Ce courant de poudre comprend une poudre composée principalement de zéolites A, P, X cristallines ou de mélanges de celles-ci, et de zéolite HS cristalline. Il est préférable que le rapport des zéolites A, P, X et des mélanges de celles-ci et de la zéolite HS cristalline soit compris entre 1:1 et 99:1, de préférence entre 3:1 et 20:1, et que la poudre ait une capacité d'absorption d'huile d'au moins 40 ml/100 g, de préférence d'au moins 45 ml/100 g, et idéalement d'au moins 50 ml/100 g.
