Description
CRCME AUTO-MOUSSANTC
AUTO-FOAMING CRCME
The subject of the invention is new self-foaming creams presenting Under the form of a pressurizable oil-in-oil emulsion as well as pressurized to post-foaming containing them. These creams for topical use have a good foaming power and are more specifically for the cleaning and care of the skin.
The cleaning of the skin is very important for the care of the face. He must to be the most performance possible because the fatty residues such as excess sebum, the remains some products cosmetics used daily and makeup products, including the waterproof "waterproof" products accumulate in skin folds and at the l0 skin surface and can clog the pores of the skin, resulting in the appearance of buttons. Poor quality cleaning is often responsible, other causal factors, of a blurred complexion.
Several major types of skin cleansing products are known:
lotions and aqueous gels foaming detergents, oils and anhydrous gels cleaners rinsable, make-up milks, foaming creams which are usually based on soap.
Foaming detergent water lotions and gels have a cleansing action thanks to surfactants that suspend fatty residues and pigments from products of 20 makeup. They are effective and pleasant cosmetically because they foam and they are easily eliminated. Since they do not contain oil cosmetic they have the disadvantage of drying the skin by their delipidating action.
This is the case examples of the products described in document WO-A-95/05769, which teaches lotions for cleaning the skin, very fluid, pressurizable, producing a beautiful foam, but these products destroy the hydro-lipidic film of the skin and leave the clean skin but rough.
Rinseable anhydrous oils and gels have a cleaning action thanks to oils contained in these formulations. These oils allow the solubilization of fatty residues and 3o the dispersion of the makeup pigments. These products are effective and well tolerated. They have the disadvantage of being heavy, not lathering and not confer feeling of freshness at the application, which is penalizing a point of cosmetic view.
Creams and make-up milks contain both oils, emulsifiers and detergent surfactants in a sufficiently small quantity not to destabilize the emulsion. These products despite their good efficiency are not foaming and have insufficient rinsability which necessitates the use of a lotion tonic complementary detergent to perfect the rinsing and the elimination of dirt. Outraged its demanding nature, the use of this second product may lead to long-term 4o a drying of the skin.
We sought to design foaming cleansing products, perfectly rinsable to water, containing little or no surfactants and likely to include oils in quantities, if desired, so as to optimize the cleaning of the the skin and to moisturize and nourish it avoiding any drying phenomenon and irritation. We have sought to obtain a cream having the effectiveness of a soap cream (foaming and power cleaning agent) does not have the disadvantages of the latter, particular stripping skin that is bound to a high percentage of foaming surfactants.
To achieve such a product, we can not simply introduce oils in 10 lotion or an aqueous gel. Indeed, oils tend to inhibit properties foaming of these formulations; the oils are said to "kill" the moss. Of more, the oil dispersion is unstable. We know, for example by the document WO-AT-95/17163, foaming emulsions, for example cleansing emulsions.
This guy of product is very soft, very well tolerated by the skin, but the power foaming these emulsions is low because of the presence of oils. In addition, these emulsions are relatively thick, which does not allow them to be containers pressurized.
Moreover, it is known, for example from document WO-A-89/11907, that the method Phase inversion makes it possible to prepare oil-in-water emulsions, fluids, stable.
But emulsions prepared by the phase inversion method in art previous non-foaming and are returned as a spray when they are pressurized. In in addition, they include significant amounts of surfactants.
US-A-4,808,388 discloses creams in the form of emulsions oil-in-water, pressurized, foaming, comprising at least 2% of a surfactant no-ionic, up to 21% of oil and from 0.5 to 4.5% of a consistency agent. Of such compositions are not satisfactorily restored (brightness, firmness, density) condition to use COZ or N20 as a propellant.
It has been sought to prepare compositions whose tolerance is improved by report to those of the prior art, in the form of self-regulating creams foaming pressurisables comprising less than 2% of surfactants, and possibly not of surfactants at all.
Also, it is with astonishment that the plaintiff has remedied the inconveniences art prior art by preparing self-foaming creams, in the form of a oil-emulsion in-water, pressurizable, which, pressurized, gives a post-foaming. These creams have a good foaming power, while including little or no surfactants.

The invention is obj and new creams in the form a pressurizable oil-in-water emulsion, self-foaming, post-foaming containing less than 2 ~ surfactants, comprising:

'Self-foaming' means a composition likely to give rise to Training of a foam and which contains less than 2% of surfactants.
2o 'Post-foaming' means a composition which, when it is pressurized, is returned in the form of a cream, this cream foaming spontaneously when spread or manipulate it on the skin.
The emulsions according to the invention can be pressurized and packaged in aerosol containers.
The subject of the invention is also an aerosol device consisting of a container pressurizable device provided with a diffusion means comprising a valve, said container comprising propulsion means, such as a propellant and a propellant composition according to the invention.
When pressure is exerted on the diffusion means, the valve and the device restores its content in the form of a creamy cream. AT
the application on the skin, this cream is transformed into a dense, fine, unctuous foam, abundant and firm.
Products of this consistency are particularly appreciated for the cleaning and the skin or hair care.
The post-foaming compositions are quite distinct from the compositions foaming conventional pressurized which are distributed in the form of a foam, as it's the for example compositions described in US-A-4,808,388.

La phase grasse peut être constituée uniquement d'huile cosmétique, dont la proportion en 20 poids par rapport au poids total de la composition peut atteindre 50 % ;
de gaz propulseur et 80 à 99,5 % d'émulsion. On peut utiliser dans les dispositifs selon l'invention tous les gaz propulseurs connus pour de telles applications. On peut citer en particulier les gaz hydrocarbonés, comme par exemple le propane, l'isopropane le n-30 butane, l'isobutane, l'isopentane et leurs mélanges ; les gaz fluorés comme par exemple le chlorodifluorométhane, le dichlorodifluorométhane, le difluoroéthane, le chlorodifluoroéthane, le dichlorotétrafluoroéthane, etc. et leurs mélanges ;
