Abstract

FORM 24 The tools currently used for cleaning lawns are generally a small plastic or metal shovel and a pallet or a small rake used to push in the shovel the waste that is generally found on lawns before passing the mower. , such as stones, papers, dog and cat saddles, wood chips etc., all these objects which are likely to damage or soil the mower, must be removed before mowing the lawns. These shovel and rake tools have the disadvantage of getting dirty and must be washed after use, this disadvantage is eliminated by using the new tweezers for cleaning lawns since it is provided with a plastic bag, part of the mouthpiece wraps around the frame of the tweezers and the other part covers the pusher plate and is retained on the plate by folding the bag over the contour of the plate and by hanging it on the corners of the pusher plate. After use, the plastic bag is thrown away with the waste and the tweezers have not been soiled and it is ready to receive a new plastic bag for the next cleaning.

ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE INVENTION ABOUT WHICH ONE
EXCLUSIVE RIGHT OF OWNERSHIP OR PRIVILEGE IS CLAIMED, ARE DEFINED AS FOLLOWS:
1. An instrument to pick up trash from the ground, comprising a metal rod folded into two sleeves, one end of the rod forming a loop forming a frame open, a thrust member attached to the other end of said rod and defining an interior surface of which the area is at least greater than the area defined by said open frame and whose plane is parallel to the defined plane by said open frame, and a bag having its opening fixed said frame open and projecting outward in a direction opposite to said thrust member, said rod handles being manipulated by a user so allow relative movement of these sleeves and thus a relative movement of said open frame with said pushing, the latter being able to push waste through said open frame in the bag when the two sleeves of the rod are brought together.
2. The instrument as defined in claim 1, additionally including a guide to promote rapprochement of said thrust member and of said open frame, one opposite opposite, said guide consisting of an extension from said other end of the rod bent into two arms around said one end of the rod, so that be the sliding of the latter between said arms.
3. The instrument as defined in claim 1, further comprising spacing constraint means said sleeves, which include a spring formed by winding approximately one and a half additional turn of said rod at its intermediate part opposite its ends.
4. The instrument as defined in any one claims 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that said thrust member consists of a rigid quadrangular plate laire.
5. The instrument as defined in any one of claims 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that said bag with a wall made of flexible material and of which the opening is of substantially smaller dimensions to the external dimensions of said open frame, so that that said bag will hold in place on said frame only by the friction of the winding of the portion of the wall of the bag near the opening around said frame.
