Abstract
ABREGE DESCRIPTIF
Corps sphéroïdal à haute teneur en carbone.
Il est constitué par une pluralité de cellules fermées et les parois des cellules périphériques forment une peau délimitant sa surface extérieure.
Il peut être utilisé, soit en tant que tel, notamment, sous forme d'un lit de granules, comme agent d'isolation pour éviter la mise en contact de la surface de bains de produits chimiques avec l'atmosphère, soit pour la fabrication de matériaux composi-tes.
