Abstract

The design consists of the features of shape and configuration of the shelf pusher system displaying an elongated and generally rectangular base portion and a pusher portion sitting on the base. The base portion displays a centrally placed longitudinal opening enlarged at the end adjacent the back of the portion. Two pairs of rails that are substantially parallel to the longitudinal opening are shown in the top plan view, the rails being symmetrically placed on both sides of the opening. The bottom plan view shows another pair of rails placed symmetrically on both sides of the longitudinal opening and a substantially on both sides of the longitudinal opening and a substantially rectangular shape protruding from the opening between the rails. The pusher portion displays a generally L-shaped portion having a substantially upright front wall and a base. Two substantially vertical fins extend between the inner walls of the L-shaped portion. A generally cylindrical rod with a large knob and a spring on its one side extends through both fins in a normal direction. A substantially cylindrical portion having a width smaller than the lateral distance between the fins is shown on the rod between the fins. An elongated and substantially rectangular band, as shown in the top plan view, extends between the front end of the base portion and the cylindrical portion through a substantially rectangular opening centrally located on the lower edge of the front wall of the L-shaped portion.
