Abstract

VÁLVULA INERCIAL DE CONTROLE DE FLUXO EM UM AMORTECEDOR HIDRÁULICO. O amortecedor compreende um tubo de pressão (10) dividido, por um pistão (20) , em câmaras de compressão (CC) e de tração (CT), dito pistão (20) carregando válvulas de controle de tração (24) e de compressão (23), e fixando um extremo interno (31) de uma haste (30) a ser fixada a uma carroceria de veículo. A válvula compreende pelo menos uma sede (S1,S2) provida na haste (30) ou no pistão (20); um vedante inercial (50), montado na câmara de tração (CT) ou de compressão (CC), dividindo-a em duas porções de câmara (PC1,PC2) e que é deslocado, por inércia e em relação ao conjunto haste-pistão (30,20), de uma posição inoperante, permitindo uma livre comunicação fluida entre as duas porções de câmara (PC1, PC2) , e uma posição operante, cooperando com a sede (S1,S2) e restringindo a dita comunicação fluida quando o conjunto haste-pistão (30,20) sofre uma certa aceleração vertical.FLOW CONTROL INERTIAL VALVE IN A HYDRAULIC SHOCK ABSORBER. The damper comprises a pressure tube (10) divided by a piston (20) into compression (CC) and traction (CT) chambers, said piston (20) carrying traction control valves (24) and compression (23), and securing an inner end (31) of a rod (30) to be attached to a vehicle body. The valve comprises at least one seat (S1, S2) provided on the stem (30) or on the piston (20); an inertial seal (50), mounted in the traction (CT) or compression (CC) chamber, dividing it into two chamber portions (PC1, PC2) and which is displaced, by inertia and in relation to the rod-piston assembly (30, 20), from an inoperative position, allowing free fluid communication between the two chamber portions (PC1, PC2), and an operative position, cooperating with the seat (S1, S2) and restricting said fluid communication when the rod-piston assembly (30, 20) undergoes a certain vertical acceleration.
