Abstract

SENSOR DE PROPRIEDADE DE LìQUIDO Um sensor de propriedade de líquido (10) para detectar propriedade de líquido inclui uma placa semicondutora (1), um primeiro eletrodo (4a) e um segundo eletrodo (4b), e uma película de proteção (3). O primeiro e o segundo eletrodos (4a, 4b) são dispostos sobre a placa semicondutora (1) ficando espaçados entre si por uma distância predeterminada. A película de proteção (3) tem uma resistência relativa ao líquido, e fica exposta ao líquido. Os primeiro e segundo eletrodos (4a, 4b) detectam uma capacitância entre eles como a propriedade do líquido de acordo uma permissividade relativa do líquido. Um circuito de conversão de capacitância-voltagem (6) da placa semicondutora (1) converte a capacitância em um valor de voltagem.
