Abstract

TUBULAR OVEN FOR CERAMIC PRODUCTS A tubular kiln (1) for ceramic products comprising two opposite side walls, a horizontal roller conveyor (5) for supporting and advancing the tile layer (100) within the kiln (1), a first series of burners (51) and a second series of burners (52) arranged in line along the two side walls and facing the opposite wall, each burner (51) of the first series (51) being provided exclusively with a nozzle producing a flame such as for heating the central zone of the tunnel while each burner (52) of the second series is provided with at least one radial flame nozzle such as for heating the zone which is near the sidewall of the tunnel, each burner (51). 52) of the first and second series being connected to a common combustible gas conduit (60) and respectively to a first (510) and a second oxidizer conduit (520) including: devices (523) for detecting ect a non-dimensional size standard with respect to design specifications for products coming out of the oven (1); a control unit (522) for receiving data from detection devices (523); devices for regulating (521) a oxidant flow rate for second series burners (52) in the second flue (520) of the oxidizer, devices for regulating (521) the oxidizer flow being controlled by the control unit (522) to which is programmed to control the regulating devices (521) according to the data received from the sensing devices (523).
