Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA LIMPAR UM OBJETO. Um dispositivo é provido para limpar um objeto por meio de posicionamento da superficie do objeto a ser limpo em contato com um meio de limpeza compreendendo um ou mais líquidos tendo uma constante dielétrica de desde 1 a 200 e colocado em um campo elétrico na faixa de desde 10ü V/m a 10^ 7^ V/m, em que referido dispositivo é capaz de gerar referido campo elétrico usando uma fonte de tensão/corrente alternada, referido dispositivo compreendendo pelo menos dois eletrodos onde um dos eletrodos está em um potencial mais alto do que o outro e referidos eletrodos são espacialmente separados por uma distância de 1 mícron a 2 cm por meio de um material de isolamento tendo uma resistência à ruptura dielétrica maior do que o campo elétrico aplicado.
