Abstract

EMBALAGEM INDICADORA DE VIOLAçãO RESISTENTE A CRIANçAS. A presente invenção refere-se a embalagem indicadora de violação resistente a crianças, que inclui um recipiente (14) apresentando um acabamento (18) com uma boca aberta (20) e um rebordo circunferencial externo (26) espaçado a partir da boca. Um fechamento (12) apresenta uma saia (30) para externamente circundar o acabamento do recipiente, uma faixa contra violação (36) frangivelmente conectada à saia para posicionamento abaixo do rebordo circunferencial externo no acabamento do recipiente, e um elemento de mola (42) para engatar o acabamento e pressionar o fechamento longe do acabamento. O acabamento e a saia apresentam elementos de intertravamento (22, 24, 32, 34) que resistem à remoção do fechamento fora do acabamento sem força contra o elemento de mola para desengatar os elementos de intertravamento. O engate da faixa contra violação com o rebordo circunferencial externo rompe a conexão frangível da faixa com relação à saia primeiramente com a remoção do fechamento fora do acabamento do recipiente para indicar a violação potencial com a embalagem.
