The hole includes a second overlapping hole portion and in communication with the first hole portion from the top to the bottom surface defining a second central axis substantially inclined with respect to the first central axis, the second hole portion is configured to accommodate the bone anchor such that the shaft is substantially inclined with respect to the second portion of the bone plate to form a truss.
