Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA MEMBRANA INTEGRALMENTE ASSIMéTRICA, MEMBRANA INTEGRALMENTE ASSIMéTRICA E USO DE UMA MEMBRANA Um método para a produção de uma membrana integralmente assimétrica com pelo menos uma camada de separação e uma camada de suporte adjacente à referida camada de separação, compreende os estágios a) produção de uma solução de fiação, que compreende um polímero formador de membrana e um sistema de solvente, b) transformação da solução de fiação com um dispositivo de conformação em um corpo moldado, que compreende uma primeira e uma segunda superfícies, c) colocar em contato a primeira e a segunda superfícies com um sistema de sistema de precipitação, pelo qual é formada uma membrana, que apresenta, adjacente à primeira e/ ou segunda superfícies, uma camada de separação, d) lavagem e, se requerido, secagem da membrana, em que no estágio c) o sistema de sistema de precipitação compreende polieletrólitos com cargas fixas negativas. A membrana de acordo com a invenção, apresenta, em comparação com membranas, que foram produzidas de acordo com processos conhecidos, um grau de separação significativamente aumentado entre moléculas de tamanho médio, tais como, por exemplo, o citocromo C e proteínas de alto peso molecular, tais como, por exemplo, a albumina.
