Abstract
"FONTE DE ALIMENTAçãO MODULAR PARA SOLDAGEM A ARCO ELéTRICO E INTERRUPTOR DE SAìDA". Trata-se de uma fonte de alimentação de três estágios para um processo de soldagem a arco elétrico que compreende um estágio de entrada tendo uma entrada CA e um primeiro sinal de saída CC; um segundo estágio na forma de um conversor CC para CC não-regulado, que tem uma entrada conectada ao primeiro sinal de saída CC, uma rede de comutadores comutados a uma alta freqüência com um dado ciclo de serviço para converter a entrada em um primeiro sinal CA interno, um transformador de isolação com um enrolamento primário acionado pelo primeiro sinal CA de alta freqüência interno e um enrolamento secundário para criar um segundo sinal CA interno de alta freqüência e um retificador para converter o segundo sinal interno CA em um segundo sinal de saída CC do segundo estágio; com uma grandeza relacionada ao ciclo de serviço dos comutadores e, um terceiro estágio para converter o segundo sinal de saída CC em uma saída de soldagem para soldagem em que o estágio de entrada e o segundo estágio são montados em um primeiro módulo e o terceiro estágio é montado em um segundo módulo que pode ser conectado ao primeiro módulo.
