Abstract
"EXTRATO DE CAFé EM AEROSOL E RESPECTIVO PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO". Mais particularmente trata-se de um extrato de café (1) obtido em processo industrial (A) do tipo aplicado na obtenção do café solúvel; dito extrato de café (1) é extraído da etapa (e) do processo (A), sendo encaminhado ao processo (B) de obtenção do produto final, onde dito extrato de café (1) juntamente com gás propelente (3) de grau alimentício compõe uma mistura (M) que é acondicionada em embalagem do tipo tubo de aerosol (2; o extrato (1) é 100% café e é obtido a partir de um 'blend' especial; a mistura (M) mantida sob pressão no interior da embalagem (2) e em condições normais de temperatura e pressão externas (ambiente), ao expandir-se entrando em contato com o ar atmosférico, forma uma espuma densa, que dissolvida em meio líquido (água ou leite), constitui as características de cremosidade, aroma e sabor do café expresso."AEROSOL COFFEE EXTRACT AND THEIR OBTAINING PROCESS".
