Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"FERMENTADOR DE ESTADO SóLIDO E PROCEDIMENTO PARA FERMENTAçãO DE ESTADO SóLIDO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um fermentador de estado sólido em particular para grandes volumes bem como um procedimento para fermentação de estado sólido. A tarefa da presente invenção foi o desenvolvimento de um fermentador de estado sólido para grandes volumes e de um procedimento para fermentação de estado sólido, que permite uma aplicação económica da fermentação de estado sólido para pequenos microorganismos competitivos em grandes fermentadores. O fermentador de estado sólido, de acordo com a invenção é caracterizado por: representar um fermentador de módulo, onde pelo menos duas bases de módulo, que são permeáveis para ar e água, são dispostos no topo uma da outra, que são conectadas com a parede do vasilhame de tal maneira, que nem ar nem água podem passar lateralmente, a existência de um substrato de cultivo para os microorganismos, que tem que ser cultivados, nas bases de módulo, um dispositivo de resfriamento abaixo de cada base de módulo e o fermentador sendo fechado com uma tampa.
