Abstract
SAIS DE CETOáCIDOS E DE DERIVADOS AMINADOS E UTILIZAçãO DOS MESMOS NA PREPARAçãO DE MEDICAMENTOS. A invenção tem por objeto,, a utilização dos compostos da seguinte fórmula geral (I): (X)~ n1~,Y,(Z)~ n2~ onde, n1 e n2 representam 0 ou 1, X representa um aminoácido natural, principalmente um aminoácido escolhido entre a ornitina, arginina, lisina, histidina, ou glutamina, Y representa um cetoácido da seguinte fórmula (II): R-CO-COOH onde R representa -CH~ 3~,-CH~ 2~-CH~ 3~,-CH(CH~ 3~)~ 2~,-CH(CH~ 3~)-CH~ 2~-CH~ 3~,-CH~ 2~-CH(CH~ 3~)2,-(CH~ 2~)~ 2~-COOH,-(CH~ 2~)~ 3~-COOH, Z representa um aminoácido natural, principalmente um aminoácido escolhido entre a ornitina, arginina, lisina, histidina, ou glutamina, ou uma poliamina escolhida principalmente entre a cadaverina, putrescina, espermidina, espermina ou agmatina, para a preparação de um medicamento destinado ao tratamento de patologias humanas ou animais nas quais estão implicados os neurónios silenciosos, como as patologias do tubo digestivo, da bexiga e das vias biliares.
