Abstract

"CRISTAL MISTO, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO, E, ADOçANTE" Provê-se um novo cristal misto compreendendo aspartame (APM) e éster metílico de N-[N-(3,3-dimetilbutil)-L<244>-aspartil]-L-fenilalanina, que pode ser usado como um adoçante tendo qualidade consideravelmente melhorada de doçura, etc. O cristal misto acima pode ser facilmente produzido industrialmente ao se submeter uma solução contendo o APM acima descrito e derivado de APM a uma operação de cristalização, seguido pela separação do cristal misto assim precipitado.
