Esta máquina é projetada para ser arrastada por um trator ou outro veículo similar, e dado seu baixo custo é especialmente voltado para o pequeno produtor, que já possui um trator para arrastar outros equipamentos agrícolas. Nesse cenário, o volume e a complexidade que a produção de celulose adquiriu em todo o mundo e particularmente na América Latina em países como o Brasil, o Chile e o Uruguai são notórios.
