2. 8. The purpose is to automate a fully automatic biogas energy generator set for the purpose of metering, mixing, injection, ignition and subsequent combustion of biogas fuel through a central electronics. 2. Currently, there are such generator sets (PI 9402121-0 A2, BR 20 2012 013401 8 U2), but they need the help of human labor for starting, operation monitoring and regulation to make the mixtures correctly according to the variation of charge. In addition, current equipment due to the manual system, most often operates with the wrong fuel mixture, which can cause generator voltage fluctuations, engine overheating and / or premature component wear and even low performance, compromising power efficiency. system as a whole. 3. However, such a generator set appears as an automatic operation option, requiring no human labor to perform the monitoring and maneuvers, facilitating and improving the performance and durability of the equipment. 4. The AUTOMATIC BIOGAS GENERATOR GROUP may be installed in rural properties, refrigerators, garbage and sewage treatment plants, among others. Can use the biogas generated by the decomposition of various organic materials to generate electricity, providing savings. The equipment can operate singly (isolated from the grid) directly supplying the load, and / or in sync (connected to the grid). 5. One of the advantages of having this generator, besides being automatic, is also one of the ways to prevent occupational accidents, since the generator set has several places where there are movements of belts, pulleys, shafts and fans. In addition to avoiding the risk of burns, due to the same reach extreme temperatures. 6. The AUTOMATIC START BIOGAS GENERATOR GROUP is composed of a synchronous generator (Figure 5 - A) coupled to a 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 or 16 cylinder motor (Figure 1 - D), inline or in V, 4 stroke, spark ignition through spark plugs (Figure 2 - D). Mounted on a metal base constructed with U-shaped steel profiles (Figure 2 - F). Rubber pads between motor / generator and base (Figure 2 - E) to absorb vibration. The electronic management system is composed of the main board (Figure 1 - C), which consists of a microprocessor controller (Figure 1 - E) that monitors the power grid, generator set. When manually triggered and / or the external mains failure or failure and / or the biogas volume reaches the optimum level, it enters the start mode, when it then activates the gas valve opening (Figure 2 - C), it starts the motor (Figure 1 - D) and power the electronic management center (Figure 1 - A). This switchboard (Figure 1 - A) is made up of a manager that controls the ignition coils (Figure 3 - F), which varies (up or down the point, increases or decreases the load) according to the engine temperature and load. It reads the exhaust gas flaring through the lambda probe (Figure 2 - B), and then makes the ideal biogas mixture by electronic butterfly (TPS) (Figure 4 - D). The engine also has a mechanical air dispenser (Figure 4-B). Responsible for optimal air dosing in the system, it is made of polyethylene, has an internal opening, where there is a spring that intends one cover against another. The engine (Figure 1 - D) when started starts to vacuum the gas mixer (Figure 4 - C) allowing air to enter the doser hole (Figure 4 - A) as engine acceleration changes due to its load, the pressure increases and decreases, causing air to enter according to the vacuum. It reads the engine speed reading via the flywheel sensor (Figure 3 - D), measures the intake manifold pressure, engine temperature reading, oil pressure. As the generator load varies, the system measures the output current of the generator through the current transformer, signal converter and frequency inverter located in the electronic management center (Figure 1 - A), which then drives a radial compressor ( Figure 5 - B), and varies its velocity, increasing and decreasing according to the load, pressurizing the biogas pipe to the generator set, which will then have the ideal amount of biogas under any load condition. The generator set has incorporated into its electronic management center (Figure 1 - A) a speed control system composed of another pick-up rotation sensor (Figure 2 - G), electronic speed governor / actuator (Figure 3 - A ), which reads the engine speed by the sensor and triggers the actuator to open or close the throttle (Figure 3 - B) thus maintaining the rotation according to the adjustment made on it. 7. Thus, in order to totally eliminate any possible inconvenience arising from human intervention in the equipment, the fully electronic biogas generator set was developed. 8.
