é descrito um trocater de acesso para cirurgia fetal que compreende um dilatador (30) disposto junto à bainha (10) e cânula (20) do trocater que serve como guia para colocação junto ao corpo do paciente, dito trocater que apresenta um tubo (20) dotado internamente por um duto (23) que direciona o ar da válvula de entrada e retenção (12) até o balão para inflação e deflação (22), de forma a melhorar o travamento e facilitar a colocação e a retirada do trocater junto ao corpo do paciente, aumentando a eficiência e auxiliando no acesso a procedimentos cirúrgicos de mielomeningocele.
