conjunto de bocal e estrutura de suporte. a presente invenção fornece um método para alterar rapidamente um conjunto de bocal adequado para uso em um processo de atomização de metal líquido no qual um metal líquido retido em um reservatório de metal líquido e saindo do referido reservatório de metal através de uma abertura do reservatório é atomizado por um fluido de atomização para formar um spray metálico em uma torre de atomização. a invenção proporciona o uso de um sistema de montagem de bocal deslizante no qual os bocais de reposição podem ser trocados rapidamente durante a produção. o objetivo da presente invenção é alcançado proporcionando um conjunto de bocal concebido para ser utilizado em conjunto com uma estrutura de suporte. o referido conjunto de bocal e estrutura de suporte foi projetado para uso em um equipamento de troca de bocal de acordo.
