Abstract

MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR PROTEÍNAS USANDO UMA CEPA DO FUNGO TRICHODERMA NA QUAL O GENE CEL1A FOI NOCAUTEADO. A invenção se refere aos vários usos de uma cepa de fungo que pertence ao gênero Trichoderma e na qual o gene cel1a foi nocauteado. A invenção se refere, em particular, a um método para produzir proteínas por uma cepa de fungo que pertence ao gênero Trichoderma e na qual o gene cel1a foi nocauteado, compreendendo pelo menos duas etapas: - uma primeira etapa de crescimento em uma fase de batelada na presença de pelo menos um substrato de crescimento de carbono, e - uma segunda etapa para produzir proteínas em uma fase de batelada alimentada na presença de uma composição compreendendo pelo menos lactose e um segundo açúcar, o teor de lactose na composição representando aproximadamente entre 0 e 30% em peso do teor total de açúcar da composição, em particular entre 5 e 30%.
