Abstract
APARELHO DE PLASMA E IRRADIADOR. Um irradiador inclui: um transformador piezoelétrico acomodado em um alojamento; um primeiro eletrodo conectado ao transformador piezoelétrico, ao qual uma tensão é aplicada a partir do transformador piezoelétrico; e uma abertura de irradiação que ejeta pelo menos um de um plasma gerado pelo primeiro eletrodo e um gás ativo gerado pelo plasma. Pelo menos uma parte do primeiro eletrodo está localizada entre o transformador piezoelétrico e a abertura de irradiação.
