Abstract

POLIPEPTÍDEOS VARIANTES DE U1-AGATOXINA-TA1B PROTEOLITICAMENTE ESTÁVEIS PARA CONTROLE DE PRAGAS. Novas proteínas, nucleotídeos, peptídeos inseticidas e sua expressão em plantas. Métodos de produção de novos nucleotídeos e novos peptídeos, novos processos, novas técnicas de produção, novas formulações e novos organismos. A presente divulgação também está relacionada e descreve novos peptídeos chamados TVPs, que são variações peptídicas não naturais com base na toxina U1-agatoxina-Ta1b derivada da aranha Hobo. Neste documento, descrevemos: genes que codificam TVPs; formulações e combinações compreendendo genes e/ou peptídeos de TVP; e métodos usando os mesmos que são úteis para o controle de pragas.
