Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO PARA CULTURA DE CÉLULAS EXTERMINADORAS NATURAIS E MÉTODO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE CÉLULAS EXTERMINADORAS NATURAIS USANDO A MESMA. A invenção se refere a: uma composição para cultura de células exterminadoras naturais, compreendendo, como ingrediente ativo, uma proteína de fusão compreendendo uma proteína IL-2 e uma proteína CD80; e um método para preparar células exterminadoras naturais usando a mesma. Particularmente, uma composição para cultura de células exterminadoras naturais, compreendendo, como ingrediente ativo, uma proteína de fusão compreendendo IL-2 ou uma variante da mesma e CD80 ou um fragmento da mesma, da presente invenção, promove a proliferação de células exterminadoras naturais, induz a expressão de CD16 e NKp46 e aumenta a expressão e secreção de granzima B e perforina, sendo assim efetivamente utilizável na preparação de células exterminadoras naturais com uma excelente função imune anticâncer.
