Abstract
MACA DE CILINDRO DE PUNÇÃO DUPLA BI DIRECIONAL BALANCEADA DE ALTA VELOCIDADE. A presente invenção refere-se a uma maca cilíndrica bidirecional balanceada de alta velocidade e dupla punção, compreendendo mecanismos de acionamento da haste de punção e mecanismos de prensagem de bordas. O mecanismo de acionamento da haste de punção é formado pela conexão de um virabrequim (1), duas bielas idênticas (2), dois trilhos deslizantes idênticos (3), dois blocos deslizantes idênticos (4) e duas hastes de punção idênticas (5). O virabrequim é rotativamente suportado por um mancal e uma primeira manivela (11), uma segunda manivela (12), um primeiro came de pressão de borda (13) e um segundo came de pressão de borda (14) estão dispostos no virabrequim. A maca tem duas características: primeiro, as hastes oscilantes e a conexão secundária são omitidas em cada mecanismo de acionamento da haste de punção, de modo que a estrutura seja bastante simplificada, e todas as funções originais ainda são mantidas, constituindo assim omissão de elemento; segundo, dois cames de pressão de borda são usados, as posições de um primeiro ponto de acionamento do primeiro came de pressão de borda e um segundo ponto de acionamento do segundo came de pressão de borda são dispostos de forma oposta e, finalmente, o primeiro torque e o segundo torque são opostos em direção e se neutralizam, de modo que o equilíbrio geral do torque seja mantido no plano que passa pelo eixo do virabrequim durante o trabalho da maca de cilindro.
