Abstract
a invenção se refere à determinação de uma qualidade óptica de um filme. por um lado, uma correlação dos valores medidos obtidos com os parâmetros de produção, que são detectados de uma maneira de tempo sincronizado na usina de extrusão, é executada. por outro lado, uma correlação dos ditos dados de medição obtidos com as propriedades geométricas e/ou funcionais de um filme, por exemplo, a permeabilidade de vapor de água é executada. a correlação de dados obtida é usada no processo para controlar o processo de produção de circulação do filme a um ponto de operação ideal. consequentemente, as propriedades funcionais resultantes de um filme são aprimoradas de uma maneira automatizada e satisfeitas de acordo com as especificações desejadas. o operador pode predeterminar quais propriedades geométricas e/ou funcionais de um filme são aceitas como uma variável de controle.
