Abstract

a invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de fixação intramedular, com uma haste intramedular (2) que é fornecida para inserção em um osso (1) e é formada por um parafuso central (4) tendo uma primeira extremidade livre compreendendo uma tampa (7) e segunda extremidade livre com uma porca de pré-tensionamento (8), uma série alternada de expansores (3) e parafusos (5) sendo dispostos entre as duas extremidades, as superfícies de parafuso em contato com os expansores (3) tendo uma forma de cunha. os parafusos (5) ou expansores (3) podem ter pelo menos uma ou nenhuma variação nas dimensões dos vários parâmetros geométricos, de acordo com os expansores adjacentes, ao longo do comprimento do implante, e o parafuso central (4) pode ter uma seção transversal variável. o dispositivo pode ter vários componentes adicionais, como uma base osteotômica (9) para fixação da musculatura. o dispositivo incentiva a fixação máxima, limitada entre esses elementos, e uma deformação radial controlada.
