Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a um método e dispositivo para a troca de ferramenta rápida e confiável no processo de soldagem por fricção com as seguintes características: a) um robô (1) com um cabeçote pivotante de robô (2) e um cabeçote de soldagem por fricção (3) com uma sapata de soldagem (13), sendo que o robô (1) pode selecionar de um magazine de ferramenta (4) um cabeçote de soldagem por fricção (2), b) um dispositivo para o registro das forças mecânicas na ponta do pino de soldagem (14) de cada sapata de soldagem (13) do cabeçote de soldagem por fricção (2), sendo que um sensor (16) está colocado na parte de tronco cônica da ferramenta (11), sendo que está previsto um sensor (21) e sendo que, além disso, no cone de recepção do pino (26) está previsto um sensor (25) e no eixo longitudinal da haste do pino (27) está previsto um sensor de medição de força piezelétrico (24) para a medição da força axial que atua sobre a ponta do pino de soldagem, c) um código de rfdi colocado na haste do pino (27) de cada sapata de soldagem (13) para a identificação, d) um patim de troca (28) previsto em cada sapata de soldagem (13).
