resumo patente de invenção: "método para a produção de junta de solda". o método para a produção de uma junta de solda de acordo com a presente invenção envolve sujeitar uma chapa de aço com uma dureza vickers hv predeterminada, uma espessura da chapa, um teor de c, e um cen a uma soldagem a arco com proteção gasosa, usando um fio forrado, em que uma bainha exterior feita de aço é preenchida com um fluxo, em que: no momento da referida soldadura por arco protegido com gás, nenhuma operação de pré-aquecimento é realizada nos casos em que a temperatura da chapa de aço é de 10°c ou superior, e, nos casos em que a temperatura da chapa de aço é abaixo de 10°c, a operação de pré-aquecimento é executada, de modo que a temperatura da chapa de aço é aumentada para 10°c ou superior; o metal de solda da junta de solda tem uma composição química predeterminada; o metal de solda tem um cen de 0,20 a 0,58% em massa; e a dureza vickers hv média a uma profundidade de 1 mm abaixo da superfície do metal de solda é de 337 para 440.
