1 / 1 resumo “processo de oxicombustãƒo, e, gases residuais” processo de oxicombustã£o para a produã§ã£o de energia, em que fraã§ãµes de hidrocarbonetos gasosos, lã­quidos, sã³lidos, de baixa classificaã§ã£o, opcionalmente sã³lidos em fusã£o sã£o utilizadas como combustã­veis, tendo um teor de vanã¡dio em quantidades em peso de 50 a 5.000 ppm ou mais, e metais alcalinos ma em quantidades de 20 a 10.000 ppm, em que o magnã©sio ã© adicionado como ã³xido, ou como um composto de magnã©sio formando mgo no processo de combustã£o, ou misturas dos mesmos e um sã­lico-aluminato em que a razã£o molar sio :al o varia de 2:1 a 6:1; sendo o combustor de 2 2 3 refratã¡rio, isotã©rmico ou quase isotã©rmico, sem chama, operando a temperaturas na faixa de 1.250â° a 1.450â°c e sob condiã§ãµes pressurizadas, em que o oxidante sendo utilizado em mistura com ã¡gua ou vapor, a razã£o em moles de oxidante: (ã¡gua/vapor) sendo compreendida entre cerca de 1:0,4 e cerca de :3, ou o oxidante ã© utilizado em mistura com gases residuais reciclados a partir dos gases residuais saindo dos equipamentos de recuperaã§ã£o de energia, em que a quantidade de ã¡gua/vapor ã© mais elevada do que 30% em volume, opcionalmente por adiã§ã£o de ã¡gua para os gases residuais reciclados, a razã£o molar de oxidante: (ã¡gua/vapor) nos gases residuais sendo compreendida entre cerca de 1:0,4 a cerca de 1:3; a fraã§ã£o de hidrocarboneto sendo alimentada em mistura com ã¡gua ou vapor, a quantidade de ã¡gua/vapor sendo pelo menos 30% em peso em relaã§ã£o ã  fraã§ã£o de hidrocarbonetos.
