Abstract
resumo sistema de controle e posicionamento e uso de uma câmera de gravação de imagens a invenção refere-se a um sistema de controle e posicionamento para indicação da posição de montagem de um elemento de revestimento antidesgaste permutável (10), na superfície de uma parede (2) sujeita a desgaste, que poderá ser constituída, por exemplo, da superfície interna de um tambor giratório (1) de um triturador de minério, e onde o elemento de revestimento antidesgaste é suportado na extremidade livre de um braço manobrável, que é um componente de um mecanismo de elevação (14), que por sua vez é controlado durante a manipulação do elemento de revestimento antidesgaste durante a operação de montagem por um operador de guindaste (5), caracterizado pelo fato de que a parede é provida de uma série de furos de montagem (21) e o elemento de revestimento antidesgaste é equipado, em sua superfície inferior, com uma série de meios de fixação (17), onde o elemento de revestimento antidesgaste deverá ser apertado contra a superfície, por meio de meios de fixação (17') complementares, que serão introduzidos através dos furos de montagem. o sistema compreende, para uma montagem eficiente e segura: um primeiro sistema de referência (rv) formado pelos furos de montagem (21) da parede (2), um segundo sistema de referência (rs) formado pelos meios de fixação (17) posicionados sobre a superfície inferior do elemento de revestimento antidesgaste (10), um sensor bidimensional (31 e 31'), arranjado de forma a permanecer estacionário na superfície externa da parede (2), ou seja, no lado oposto da parede da superfície de montagem, com relação ao lado que se encontra exposto ao desgaste, de forma que o campo de visão do sensor contenha a superfície inferior do elemento de revestimento antidesgaste (10), visualizada por meio dos furos de montagem (21), onde o sensor é fornecido para transmitir um sinal elétrico representativo de uma imagem da posição relativa entre os dois sistemas de referência (rv e rs), e onde, com a orientação da referida imagem, a posição de montagem do elemento de revestimento antidesgaste (10) na parede possa ser determinada pelo operador de guindaste (5). 2/2
