Abstract
homopolímero do propileno tendo resistência de fusão alta e método de preparação do mesmo. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparar um polímero de propileno de resistência de fusão alta pela polimerização direta, compreendendo que um polimero de propileno com alta distribuição de peso molecular contendo ''fração de peso molecular muito alta'' pode ser preparado controlando as espécies e proporções do doadores de elétron externos no sistema de catalisador ziegler-natta em diferentes estágios na reação de acordo com o requisito para frações de peso molecular diferente no estágio de diferente polimerização de propileno da operação em série, e o dito polímero tem excelentes propriedades mecânicas, especialmente com resistência de fusão muito alta. a presente invenção também provê um homopolímero de propipelo com resistência de fusão alta, compreendendo as características a seguir: (1) a mfr é 0,2-10g/10min a 230<198>c com uma carga de 2,16kg; (2) a distribuição de peso molecular m~ w~/m^ n^ é 6-20; (3) o conteúdo da fração com peso molecular maior do que 5.000.000 é maior do que ou igual a 0,8% em peso: (4) m~ z+1~/m~ n~ é maior do que ou igual a 70. o dito homopolímero pode ser usado na preparação de produtos de espuma, produtos de termoformação, películas de elasticidade biaxial, películas de insuflar e produtos moldados por insuflação.
