Abstract

pilha multiaxial ligada por soldas em pontos produzidas por meio de tramas termoplásticas intercaladas. a presente invenção se refere-se a uma pilha de materiais fibrosos compreendendo duas mantas de fibras de carbono unidirecionais, estendendo-se cada uma delas em direções diferentes, sendo cada uma das mantas unidirecionais ligada sobre pelo menos uma de suas faces a uma trama adjacentes de fibras termoplásticas,estando pelo menos uma trama presente entre duas mantas unidirecionais consecutivas, caracterizada pelo fato de que a ligação entre cada manta unidirecional e cada tram que lhe é adjacente é assegurada por meio da trama, por soldas em pontos que resultam em uma solda global descontínua, assegurando ainda as soldas em pontos a coesão da pilha; referindo-se a invenção também ao processo de sua fabricação.
