For the preparation of the beverages such apparatuses usually have a specific compartment for the placement of the capsules, which may be perforated so that the water is injected inside for the formation of the beverage, or may be subjected to stressful effects. allowing the syrup or beverage concentrate to be poured into a container for further dilution. In these cases, the eventual forgetting of capsules inside the device may take a long time to be noticed and, considering that the ingredients contained therein have expiration date, it is observed that the demand for capsule indication means forgotten for immediate removal are extremely necessary due to the risk of contamination of the internal environment of the device due to possible product deterioration or even the risk of a user requesting the dispensing of a drink using the old expired capsule - the which can lead to the supply of low quality drink or other miscellaneous health problems.

It is precisely a solution to this technical problem that the present invention aims to present an innovative solution.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION Therefore, the present invention basically aims to solve the technical problem of the drawbacks related to forgetting of input capsules within apparatus for the preparation and dispensing of various types of beverages - instantaneous ones.

Therefore, it is an object of the invention to disclose a method of managing and identifying capsule forgetting within household appliances, particularly those intended for the preparation of instant beverages and other beverages such as pure water at varying temperatures. .

It should be clarified that the method of management of this application was developed mainly for appliances that dispense other products (hot or cold water, for example) in addition to capsule drinks, as in these cases it is extremely important to indicate to the consumer / user when a capsule 3 has been inserted and not used - that is, a recipe has been made to dispense with the constant mixing of a capsule 3. However, this method may be used in apparatus which dispenses only beverages prepared with capsules 3, or any type of apparatus in general operating with the extract system contained in capsules 3 or breakable movable containers.
