Abstract
"MáQUINA DE TESTE DE BALANCEAMENTO DINâMICO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma máquina de teste de balanceamento dinâmico que foi desejada a qual está equipada com disposições mecânicas para cancelar um momento livre de um eixo de manivelas assimétrico e capaz de medir precisamente um desbalanceamento giratório do eixo de manivelas assimétrico. Um eixo rotacional de compensação 10 que tem os pesos de compensação 11 para cancelar um momento livre de um eixo de manivelas 5 como uma peça de teste é fornecido sobre um berço de vibração 1. O eixo rotacional de compensação 10 é girado por um motor síncrono 9 outro do que o motor síncrono 8 para girar o eixo de manivelas 5. Neste momento, o motor síncrono 9 é girado com base em um sinal de referência detectado por um sensor ótico 18 (13, 14) de tal modo que o motor síncrono 9 é girado sincronizadamente com a rotação do eixo de manivelas.
