Abstract
"PRODUTO DE MATERIAIS PRECIOSOS OBTIDO DAS FIBRAS DE ORIGEM TêXTIL E RESPECTIVO PROCESSO GALVâNICO". Descreve-se a presente patente como um produto fabricado a partir da adição de prata a um filamento de nylon (fig.1), a qual por sua grande capacidade de condução elétrica favorece o processo galvânico, recebendo com facilidade a adição de ouro ou outro metal precioso, o fio de nylon assim, já preparado com a prata pode ser agregado a outros fios formando uma corda, indo a seguir para as máquinas têxteis, (fig.2) para a construção de tecidos, crochets, fitas, jacards, podendo ser combinado com outras fibras sintéticas, após o que encaminha-se para a galvanização (fig.4) onde é agregado o metal precioso sobre a superfície do metal de prata, resultando em uma matéria prima totalmente nova para a confecção de jóias, artigos do vestuário e ornamentais."PRODUCT OF PRECIOUS MATERIALS OBTAINED FROM TEXTILE FIBERS AND THE GALVANIC PROCESS". The present invention is described as a product made from the addition of silver to a nylon filament (fig.1), which, due to its great electrical conduction capacity, favors the galvanic process, easily receiving the addition of gold or other materials. Precious metal, the nylon yarn already prepared with silver can be attached to other yarns forming a rope, going on to the textile machines, (fig.2) for the construction of fabrics, crochets, ribbons, jacards, and be combined with other synthetic fibers, after which it goes to galvanization (fig.4) where the precious metal is added to the surface of the silver metal, resulting in a totally new raw material for jewelry making, clothing and ornamental.
