Abstract
MÉTODO PARA DEPOSITAR UM OLEODUTO EM UM LEITO DO MAR E NAVIO DE DEPOSIÇçO DE OLEODUTO. Um navio para deposição de oleoduto e um método melhorado para depositar um oleoduto em um ambiente marítimo são divulgados. O navio de deposição de oleoduto é uma barcaça posicionada dinamicamente ou um navio posicionado dinamicamente auto-propelido com um casco tendo uma área de piso que suporta um par de carretéis. Os carretéis são independentemente rotativos, e estão posicionados geralmente a bombordo e estibordo um em relação ao outro. Uma área de armazenagem de união de tubo é provida para conter múltiplas uniões de tubo. Uma ou mais estações de soldagem de oleoduto são providas no piso próximas aos carretéis, as estações de soldagem de oleoduto sendo posicionadas para juntar as uniões de tubos juntas para formar um oleoduto alongado que pode ser enrolado sobre um selecionado carretel do citado par de carretéis. Uma torre é provida para guiar o oleoduto alongado à medida que ele é desenrolado de um carretel selecionado, a torre incluindo pelo menos um controlador de flexão, um endireitador e um tensionador.
