Abstract
"SISTEMAS E MéTODOS DE FILTRO MICROUSINADO INTEGRADO". Um sistema de filtro microusinado compreende um filtro microusinado integrado em um microdispositivo. Em diversas modalidades, o sistema de filtro microusinado é fabricado junto com o microdispositivo usando as mesmas técnicas, ou técnicas semelhantes. O filtro microusinado pode compreender um filtro de polissilício. De acordo com o sistema de filtro microusinado, o filtro microusinado pode ser formado em uma ou mais camadas de polissilício do microdispositivo. O filtro microusinado pode também compreender um filtro de poliimida. Em diversas modalidades, o filtro microusinado pode ser colocado a jusante de uma entrada de fluido do micro-dispositivo. Em diversas modalidades, um pré-filtro externo, não-integrado, pode ser usado em conjunto de um filtro microusinado integrado.
