Abstract

"APARELHO PARA COZER PRODUTOS ALIMENTìCIOS LOCALIZADOS SOBRE UMA SUPERFìCIE TRANSPORTADORA PROCESSO DE COZIMENTO, E, CAIXA DE LUZ". Aparelho de cozimento (ao forno) para efetuar o cozimento de produtos comestíveis localizados sobre uma superfície transportadora e de preferência se deslocando ao longo de uma correia transportadora, compreendendo um número de radiadores infravermelho elétricos distribuídos acima da correia transportadora. Os radiadores infravermelho cada um compreende pelo menos um filamento em espiral contido em um invólucro quebradiço, transmissor de radiação infravermelha, impermeável a gás, particularmente um invólucro de vidro. O aparelho para cozimento ainda compreende dispositivos de monitoração para monitorar a ruptura dos invólucros dos radiadores infravermelho. A invenção refere-se também a u m processo para cozimento (em forno) de um produto comestível por intermédio de um radiador elétrico de radiação infravermelha dotado de um invólucro quebradiço.
