Abstract
"CABO DE CAMADAS MúLTIPLAS, UTILIZAçãO DE UM CABO, PNEUMáTICO PARA VEìCULO PESADO E TECIDO COMPóSITO UTILIZáVEL COMO LONA DE ARMADURA DE CARCAçA DE PNEUMáTICO PARA VEìCULO PESADO". Cabo de camadas múltiplas de camada externa insaturada, utilizável como elemento de reforço de uma armadura de carcaça de pneumático, que possui uma alma de diâmetro d~ 0~, circundada por uma camada intermediária (denotada C1) de quatro ou cinco fios (M = 4 ou 5) de diâmetro d~ 1~ enrolados juntos em hélice de acordo com um passo p~ 1~, essa camada C1 sendo ela própria circundada por uma camada externa (denotada C2) de N fios de diâmetro d~ 2~ enrolados juntos em hélice de acordo com um passo P~ 2~, N sendo inferior de 1 a 3 ao número máximo N~ max~ de fios enroláveis em uma camada em torno da camada C1, esse cabo apresentando as seguintes características (d~ 0~, d~ 1~, d~ 2~,p~ 1~ e p~ 2~ em mm): (i) 0,08 < d~ 0~ < 0,28; (ii) 0,15 < d~ 1~ < 0,28 ; (iii) 0,12 < d~ 2~ < 0,25 ; (iv) para M = 4: 0,40 < (d~ 0~ / d~ 1~) < 0,80; para M = 5: 0,70 < (d~ 0~ / d~ 1~) < 1, 10; (v) 4,8 <227> (d~ 0~ + d~ 1~) < p~ 1~ < P~ 2~ < 5,6 <227> (d~ 0~ + 2d~ 1~ + d~ 2~); (vi) os fios das camadas C1 e C2 são enrolados no mesmo sentido de torção. A invenção se refere por outro lado aos artigos ou produtos semi-acabados feitos de material plástico e/ou de borracha reforçados por um tal cabo de camadas múltiplas, notadamente aos pneumáticos destinados aos veículos industriais, mais especialmente os pneumáticos veículos pesados e suas lonas de armadura de carcaça.
