Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE L-AMINOáCIDOS DE SEUS DERIVADOS RACêMICOS DF N-ACETIL-D,L POR DISSOCIAçãO DE RACEMATO ENZIMáTICA POR MEIO DE ENZIMAS ISOLADAS, RECOMBINANTES". Um processo para produção de L-aminoácidos proteinogênicos ou não-proteinogênicos, particularmente, L-fosfinotricina, de seus derivados racêmicos de N-acetil-D,L está caracterizado pelo fato de que (a) por uma dissociação de racemato enzimática por meio de enzimas isoladas, recombinantes, derivados de N-acetil-L dos L-aminoácidos correspondentes são seletivamente deacetilados, enquanto derivados de N-acetil-D dos D-aminoácidos correspondentes não são deacetilados e (b) os L-aminoácidos deacetilados obtidos são separados previamente dos derivados de N-acetil-D não-deacetilados e/ou dos derivados de N-acetil-L não totalmente deacetilados.
