Abstract

<B>"PROCESSO PARA A SìNTESE DE UMA MISTURA DE METANOL/éTER DIMETìLICO DE GáS DE SìNTESE"<D> A invenção refere-se a processo para a produção de uma mistura de produto de DME/metanol rica em DME de uma corrente de partida de um gás de síntese essencialmente estequiometricamente equilibrado compreendendo H2/CO/CO2, compreendendo as etapas de processo: - passagem de uma corrente de gás de síntese através de um reator resfriado contendo um catalisador ativo em formação de metanol de gás de síntese, formando uma corrente de efluente enriquecida com metanol; - colocação do efluente da etapa (a) em contato com um catalisador ativo em desidratação de metanol, formando uma corrente de gás de síntese mais enriquecida com DME; - extração da corrente de gás de síntese enriquecida da etapa (b) e separação da corrente em uma mistura de produto de DME/metanol rico em DME e uma corrente de gás de síntese parcialmente convertido; e - reciclagem de uma quantidade predeterminada da corrente de gás de síntese parcialmente convertido para a corrente de partida de gás de síntese, formando a corrente de gás da síntese da etapa (a).
