Abstract

The driver's seat is used in transport vehicles, and in particular in electric and IC engine forklift trucks. There is a facility for complete throwing back of the seat-back in front of the actual seat. The seat consists of a back and a proper seat interconnected by a lefthand side and righthand side angular side (1) which in one of their ends are fitted to the frame of the back by means of a screw mechanism. Each of the sides (1) is connected, in its other end, to the frame of the proper seat by a cantelever (2) and a pivot connection (3). A spring (4) lies around the pivot connection (3) in a special place machined in the cantelever (2). One of its ends enters a hole in the frame of the proper seat, its other end being engaged to the side (1). A lever (5) having a specific profile is pivotly connected to side (1), in the area of the frame of the proper seat. One of its ends is fixed by a pin (6) which is fitted to the frame of the proper seat, and its other end being connected to the side (1) by a spring (7). TECHNICAL FIELD

The utility model relates to a driver's seat used in transport vehicles, in particular electric and forklift trucks.

BACKGROUND

OF TECHNIQUE

A driver's seat consisting of a removable backrest and a fixed seat, which are connected to one another via left and right sides, are known. Each page consists of two parts. At one end, these parts are pivotally connected to each other, and at the other end they are attached respectively to the seat frame and backrest frame. Seat backrest is removed by rotating along the common axis of that part of the page that is connected to the backrest to the other part / 1 /.

A disadvantage of the known solution is that the end-to-end backrest and the seat on top of each other take up a large volume in height.

A driver's seat consisting of a movable backrest without a folding seat and a fixed seat is known. They are connected to each other through left and right corner pages. The latter are fixed to the seat frame, and to the backrest frame are mounted by means of a screw mechanism allowing for minimal angular displacement of the backrest.

The disadvantage of this solution is the inability to remove the backrest.

THE USE OF THE USEFUL MODEL

The task of the utility model is to create a driver's seat that can be completely folded away from the seatback in order to reduce the height in height.

The task is solved by means of a driver's seat consisting of a backrest and a seat connected to one another by left and right angular sides, which are fixed at one end to the backrest frame by a screw mechanism.

According to the utility model, each of the pages is connected at the other end to the seat frame by a bracket via a hinged link. A spring is located around the hinged joint, in a special place shaped in the bracket. Its one end enters an opening in the seat frame and its other end is secured to the page. To the latter in the area of the seat frame is pivotally mounted a lever with a defined profile. Its one end is fixed by a pin that is attached to the seat frame and its other end is connected to the page by a spring. There is a stop in the area between the lever and the spring in the console.

An advantage of the utility model is the small volume in height that the driver's seat has with the seat backrest.

EXAMPLE IMPLEMENTATION

The seat consists of a backrest and a seat connected to each other by left and right angular sides 1. The latter are fixed at one end to the backrest frame by means of a screw mechanism allowing for minimal angular displacement of the backrest. At the other end, each of the sides 1 is connected to the seat frame by a bracket 2 by means of a hinge connection 3. In a special place formed in the bracket 2, there is a spring 4, one end of which enters an opening in the saddle frame and the other end the end is secured to page 1. A lever 5 is mounted pivotally to the latter in the area of the seat frame, with a fixed profile used to fasten the backrest and the page to the base of the seat. A pin 6 is fixed to the latter at the level of the lever 5, which secures one end of the lever 5 in a fastened state. At its other end, the lever 5 is connected to the page 1 by a spring 7, there is a stop 8 in the area between the lever 5 and the spring 4.

Examples of using the utility model

By pushing the outer end of the lever 5 upwards, overcoming the action of the spring 7, the other end is released from the pin 6 and, by the action of the spring 4, the backrest together with the page 1 rotates about the hinge connection 3 until it is completely unfastened in front of the seat. With constant pressure on the backrest in the opposite direction, it returns to its original position, fixed by the stop 8, overcoming the spring 4. The lever 5 is fastened / fixed / to the pin 6. The stop 8 does not allow the backrest and the page 1 to descend into lower position.
