Perfectionnements aux talonnieres pour pantalons.
L'invention est relative aux talonnières que l'on dispose au bas des pantalons pour éviter l'usure rapide du tissu.
Les talonnières de ce genre consistent généralement en un galon ou ruban de fil tressé, appliqué par coupure a l'intérieur au bas des jambes de pantalon. Ce galon se souille au contact des chaussures dont le frottement à tôt fait de l'effilocher.
A ce moment le tissu du pantalon qui n'est plus protégé, commence également à s'user et pour éviter qu'il ne s'effrange complète-- ment la talonnière doit être remplacée, de préférence par une 'personne exercée en vue de ne pas déformer le pantalon.
@ @ La présente invention écarte ces inconvénients et prévoit l'utilisation en tant que talonnière, d'une bande de matière plastique, souple de préférence, laquelle peut être pourvue ou non d'un rebord renforcé et dans laquelle sont ménagés en oours de fabrication des trous destinés à permettre son application aisée' et rapide sur le tissu de pantalon même par une personne non experte.

La bande 1 de matière plastique souple est obtenue par moulage à l'aide de la presse à injection usuelle. Les bords de cette bande sont établis en surépaisseur ou munis d'un renforcement 2.
Pour son utilisation la bande 1 est divisée dans le sens de la longueur .en deux parties égales et ces deux parties constituent les talonnières proprement dites 3 et 4. En cours de fabrication ces talonnières ont été garnies de trous 5 disposés de manière appropriée et destinés à permettre leur adaptation facile au tissu par quiconque. Les talonnières se placent de partet d'autre du pli 6 du pantalon lequel de ce i'ait n'est ni déformé ni influencé. Au lieu d'être adapté au tissu par des points de couture, les talonnières peuvent être fixées au'moyen de crochets, d'agrafes ou de pression logés ou rattachés d'une part aux trous 5 etd'autre partau tissu.
En raison de sa composition et du bord renforcé dont elle est munie, la talonnière suivant l'invention est pratiquement inusable. Elle n'entraîne aucun remplacement et peut servir au contraire indéfiniment pour divers pantalons. Les souil- lures recueillies par mauvais temps sont enlevées par le simple passage d'un chiffon numecté.

Improvements to the heels for pants.
The invention relates to heels which are placed at the bottom of the pants to prevent rapid wear of the fabric.
Heels of this kind generally consist of a braid or ribbon of braided thread, applied by cutting on the inside at the bottom of the pant legs. This braid gets dirty on contact with shoes, the friction of which quickly frayed.

The strip 1 of flexible plastic material is obtained by molding using the usual injection press. The edges of this strip are made with extra thickness or provided with a reinforcement 2.
For its use, the band 1 is divided lengthwise into two equal parts and these two parts constitute the heels proper 3 and 4. During manufacture these heels were provided with holes 5 suitably arranged and intended to allow their easy adaptation to the fabric by anyone. The heels are placed on either side of the fold 6 of the pants, which of this is neither deformed nor influenced. Instead of being adapted to the fabric by stitching, the heels can be fixed au'moyen hooks, staples or pressure housed or attached on the one hand to the holes 5 and on the other hand to the fabric.
Due to its composition and the reinforced edge with which it is provided, the heel piece according to the invention is practically indestructible. It does not involve any replacement and can on the contrary be used indefinitely for various trousers. Soil collected in bad weather is removed by simply wiping it with a numbered cloth.
