Brevet d'Invention PERFECTIONNEMENTS AUX FOURS ROTATIFS A CUIRE LE PAIN.
La présente invention est relative aux fours à cuire le pain et a plus spécialement pour objet d'empêcher les pertes de chaleur par les parois du four.Dans ce but entre ces parois et le revêtement habituel en matériau réfractaire est ménagé un espace intercalaire que l'on remplit de sable ou de toute autre matière équivalente mauvaise conductrice de la chaleur.
D'autres caractéristiques de l'invention seront déorites ci-après en se réfèrant au dessin annexé où Fig. I est une coupe longitudinale par A-B dans le four représenté en coupe transversale par C-D en Fig.2.
Comme dans les fours connus,le four conforme à l'invention est formé d'une caisse en tôle I supportée par quatre pieds 2 en profilé et surmontée d'une buselure 3 pour l'évacuation des fumées.
La paroi antérieure de la caisse est percée d'une ouverture 4 destinée au chargement du foyer entouré d'un revêtement en briques réfractaires 5.Au lieu d'être directement en contact comme d'habitude avec les tôles de la caisse I,oes briques en sont séparées par une couche de sable 6 prévue aussi bien latéralement qu'en dessous et au-dessus.A la partie inférieure ces briques sont posées sur la couche de sable ou de pré-

férenoe elles reposent sur des fers T 7,comme ceux przvus poun sippcrter les briques 5 de la voûte.
Les gaz et les fumées de la combustion s'échappent par 1' avant dans un raccord 8 pour arriver dans un compartiment supérieur 9 au-dessus de la voûte et enfin sortir par la cheminée 3.
Un clapet 10 manoeuvrable au moyen d'une tringle II permet (il obturer plus ou moins le raccord 8 et ainsi régler la combustion.

Patent of Invention IMPROVEMENTS TO ROTARY OVENS FOR BAKING BREAD.
The present invention relates to ovens for baking bread and more specifically has for its object to prevent heat loss through the walls of the oven. For this purpose, between these walls and the usual coating of refractory material is provided an intermediate space that the 'sand or other equivalent material which is a poor conductor of heat is filled.
