  Memorie descriptif

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

  Descriptive memory
The apparatus which is the subject of this patent is referred to as
Rotary doser-juice lift "& is the combination of two devices, one rotary doser, the other juice lift. It is completely automatic and works without any supervision. It can be driven by belt or by direct drive to the reduction motor.

   This apparatus consists of a carcass A bored to the diameter of the dosing dispensing drum B. This carcass carries at its upper part a loading hopper C. intended to receive the materials to be treated.

   At its lower part is the material exhaust pipe D, the supports 3 in which the metering pins are journaled. These pins receive on one side the control pulleys F or the coupling sleeve of the motor. .On the opposite side is the device for distributing the pressurized fluid G (air, steam, etc.) The metering device is indeed: hollow and compartmentalized cylinder whose periphery is provided with circles and extendable blades H, forming a seal in the casing and making each compartment sealed relative to each other.

  Each compartment has an opening K corresponding to each opening of the fluid distributor 1. The latter is, in this case, a multi-way valve whose core is fixed, while the plug rotates with the metering device of which it is. -solidaire.

  OPERATION.

  Suppose the fluid distributor connected to the inlet of air, steam or other under pressure, the loading hopper ..ent supplied with materials.

  Let's turn on the device.

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

   The material successively fills each compartment of the dispenser dispenser, we have seen that each of the compartments is sealed.

   When each of the compartments comes into communication with the tu. Be exhaust, the admission of the fluid takes place and by its pressure on the material, the latter is forced into the discharge pipe mounted as an extension of the exhaust manifold.

   For each revolution of the metering-dispenser, there are as many

 filling and evacuatio4 that there are compartments.

  AVhîyT7CS This apparatus can be used to treat all ally, dough, granulated, far) n euse, muddy% syrup use etc ... It does not deteriorate this material because there is no mixing as it does. case in centrifugal devices.The driving force for the rotation of the device is insignificant, the expenditure in fluid is minimal, the efficiency is enormous because the operation is based in particular on the speed of expansion of the pressurized fluid, which thus causes the material to be processed.
