La présente invention a pour ob4et un réci- pient destiné à renfermer les bobines de sparadrap* . taffetas gommé, chatterton,, et, d'une façon générale, tous produits comportant un ruban de toile, papier,. ou autre matière souple recouverte d'un enduit qu'il importe de conserver dans un récipient clos pour éviter qu'il ne se dessèche ou soit souillé.
Le récipient suivant l'invention consiste en un étui dans lequel s'ajustent à frottement doux

les flasques ou joues de la bobine, de sorte qu'on peut glisser celle-ci dans cet étui, et que lorsqu'elle est en place, la bande qu'elle porte se trouve renfermée entre son moyeu, ses flasques, et la aroi intérieure de l'étui.
L'invention prévoit également un dispositif d'immobilisation, de la bobine, destiné à l'empêcher de sortir d'elle-même de l'étui, et agencé de préfé- rence de telle façon qu'il suffit d'exercer une pres- sion sur un des flasques de la bobine pour l'introduire dans l'étui ou l'en retirero
Cette disposition offre l'avantage de permet- tre de réaliser un récipient beaucoup plus simple et moins coûteux que les boites ordinaires, puisqu'il com- porte seulement une paroi cylindrique sans fond ni cou- vercle.
Elle évite en outre un autre inconvénient des bottes ordinaires, consistant en ce que leurs cou- vercles se perdent facilement et qu'elles ne sont plus alors d'aucune utilité.
Enfin, le dispositif d'immobilisation mention- né ci-dessus permet de mettre la bobine en place dans son étui et de l'en retirer avec la plus grande faci- lité, alors que, dans les boites ordinaires, il est souvent malaisé de la saisir, surtout lorsqu'elle se trouve coincée ou que le produit recouvrant la toile ou le papier vient à adhérer à la paroi intérieure de la boite.

Suivant l'invention, la bande de sparadrap, taffetas gommé ou autre ( non figurée) est enroulée sur une bobine comportant un moyeu 1 aux extrémités duquel sont sertis deux flasques circulaires 2, 2a qui la maintiennent latéralement.
L'extrémité intérieure de la bande est fixée par exemple au moyeu par accrochage sur une agrafe 3 découpée dans celui-ci Cette bobine peut être renfermée dans un récipient constitué par un étui cylindrique 4 dont la paroi intérieure épouse la forme de ses flasques, de sorte que, pour l'introduire dans cet étui, il suffit de la faire glisser en exerçant une pression sur son flasque 2
Lorsque la bobine est en place, la bande se trouve renfermée dans l'espace annulaire clos 5, limité par le moyeu 1, les flasques et l'étui 4
Lorsque l'un des flasques, 2a par exemple, arrive au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure de l'étui (fig. 1), la bobine est arrêtée par un rebord intéè. rieur 4a obtenu par emboutissage ou sertissage de l'étui.

Les saillies 4b ont cependant une hauteur assez faible poux qu'un léger effort exercé sur la bobine parallèlement à son axe suffise pour que le bord du flasque franchisse ces saillies.
Pour retirer la bobine de l'étui, il suffit donc en maintenant celui-ci d'exercer une pression sur le flasque 2a.
L'invention n'estévidemment pas limitée au mode de réalisation ci-dessus décrit à titre d'exem- ple, et on pourra, sans s'en écarter, le modifier en ses détails de toutes façons convenables, notamment en ce qui concerne la matière et la forme de la bobine et de l'étui; ce dernier pourra être conformé de manière à s'adapter sur des bobines quelconques , et être utilisé pour renfermer tous produits autres que ceux mentionnés ci-dessus à titre purement indicatif et nullement limitatif; lesbutées 4a 4b pourront être remplacées par tout autre dispositif permettant d'immobiliser la bobine lorsqu'elle est en place, par exemple par des échancrures découpées dans un des flasques, et coopérant avec des butées de l'étui convenablement disposées pour former un emman- chement à baionnette, etc...

This arrangement offers the advantage of making it possible to produce a container that is much simpler and less expensive than ordinary boxes, since it only comprises a cylindrical wall without bottom or cover.
