Abstract

  De Beschrijving "COMFORT-INLEG" Het patent beschrijft een medisch hulpstuk terpreventie en ter behandeling van hypertrofisch of kelloïd   littekenweefsel   ter hoogte van de vrouwelijke genitaliën en de anusregio. Omwille van de rechtstreekse of onrechtstreekse occlusie van de inleg tegen het   littekenweefsel   zal dit verzachten, uitvlakken en het erytheem (roodheid) verdwijnen. Tevens zal het comfort verhogen bij fysische belasting. De fysische belasting kan optreden door frictie,   schuifkrachten   of door druk. Het spreekt voor zich dat deze belasting kan voorkomen zowel bij sportactiviteiten alsook bij elke vorm van belasting na een medische ingreep met impact op deze regio ofzelfs voor normaal zitcomfort te verhogen. 



  De uitvinding bestaat uit een inleg welke al dan niet in een beschermend hoesje wordt ingebracht of welke wordt opgenomen of deel uit maakt van een maandverband of inlegkruisje. Qua vorm en afmetingen vergelijkbaar met de bestaande inlegkruisjes of maandverbanden. 



  1.1. De kern: -De kern van de inleg bestaat uit een zeer soepel en zacht materiaal en is bij voorkeur samengesteld uit polymeren of co-polymeren (vb. polyurethaan gels, silicone gels, of pasteuze materialen... ). 



  -De kern bestaat uit elk ander zacht of soepel materiaal welke het doel zoals hierboven beschreven beoogd. 



  -Het materiaal dat de kern vormt van de inleg kan als matrix fungeren en geladen worden: -De kern kan geladen worden met een parfummolecule. 



  -De kern kan geladen worden met een pigmentmolecule. 



  -De kern kan geladen worden met andere molecule's die eventueel het doel van de inleg zoals beschreven in paragraaf 1. bevorderen. 



  -De polymeren, co-polymeren of elk ander soepel materiaal kunnen gebruikt worden als comfort inleg op zich zonder inpakking van de gel of het zachte soepele materiaal. 



  - De kern komt dan dadelijk in contact met het menselijke lichaam. 



  1.1.1. De verpakking of inpakking van de kern(De ingesloten kern wordt hierna de"inleg" genoemd.) - De kern bestaande uit polymeren, co-polymeren, polyurethanen of andere zachte materialen kan tevens worden ingesloten: -De kern kan worden ingesloten in een folie. 



  -De kern kan worden ingesloten in een coating. 



  -De kern kan worden ingesloten in een vezelachtige substantie. 



  -De kern kan worden ingesloten in een ander verpakkingssmateriaal. 



  -Er is een verbinding tussen de kern en het verpakkingsmateriaal: -De verbinding kan gebeuren doormiddel van oppervlaktecontact -De verbinding kan gebeuren doormiddel van primers. 



  -De verbinding kan gebeuren doormiddel van adhesieven. 



  -De verbinding kan gebeuren door elk ander medium om verscheiden materialen te verenigen.

  -De verpakking heeft als doel de fysische eigenschappen van het kern te beïnvloeden. 



  -De verpakking zal de fysische eigenschappen van het kernmateriaal, alsook de oppervlakte eigenschappen beïnvloeden: -Deze verpakking kan bestaan uit folie of film -Deze verpakking kan bestaan uit een coating -Deze verpakking kan bestaan uit een vezelachtige substantie -Deze verpakking bestaat uit elk ander materiaal met als doel de kern te bekleden 1.2. Het hoesje   1.2.1.   De verpakking of de inpakking van de inleg (De verpakking van de inleg wordt hierna het "hoesje" genoemd) -De inleg kan ingebracht worden in een hoesje. 



  -Het hoesje heeft zachte en draagcomfortabele eigenschappen. 



  -Het hoesje bestaat uit textiel al dan niet in combinatie met een ander materiaal. 



  -Het hoesje bestaat uit een papierachtige substantie al dan niet in combinatie met een ander materiaal -Het hoesje bestaat uit een vezelachtige structuur al dan niet in combinatie met een ander materiaal. 



  -Het hoesje bestaat uit andere materialen die als doel hebben zacht te zijn een hoog draagcomfort te hebben en als opbergmedium kunnen fungeren voor de inleg. 



  -Het hoesje kan absorberende eigenschappen hebben of niet. 



  -Het hoesje kan absorberende eigenschappen hebben vergelijkbaar met de bestaande maandverbanden of inlegkruisjes.
